Welcome to the Rental Processing Payment Center

Your application cannot not be processed until you pay the processing fee. You may pay by check, credit or debit card. Please put the address of the property you are applying for in the description box. You can find a tenant application under Rental Services at the top of the page. 
Once you have paid the fee, fax your application to 1-888-517-5556 or email bhubbell@AccessPremierProperties.com The application fee is $37 per applicant.

BY PAYING THIS APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE I/WE UNDERSTAND IF I/WE ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A TENANT BY THE LANDLORD OR I/WE DECIDE NOT TO RENT THE PROPERTY OR FOR ANY REASON, THE FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
